Be a founding member of an exciting financial health startup founded by two Harvard grads. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) will be to build a savings app that users love, by becoming the voice of the consumer.
What’s the job?
Be the voice of the customer. Speak regularly with users and have a deep understanding of what they love and hate.
Analyze user data to uncover insights to improve the product.
Coordinate with the technology and business teams to prioritize and implement product changes and features.
Be a product evangelist! Talk about the product with users, partners, and at public forums.
Who are we looking for?
Coursework or professional experience in user research, design or product management.
Quantitative analytical skills. Experience working with large databases is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills. You love talking to people.
Love for building great products, experiences and design.
Eagerness to learn and grow, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Scrappiness and entrepreneurial drive. You love taking ownership, and finding solutions to difficult problems.
Flexible, and willing to do different things – we’re a very early stage startup!

Who are you?
We are classmates from Harvard College. Sanjay studied computer science, and worked for 5 years at Tower Research, a high-frequency financial trading firm in New York. Manisha studied economics, and was previously a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston, and later with Dalberg in India.
