Be a founding member of an exciting financial health startup, founded by two Harvard graduates. Lead our user acquisition efforts, including both online marketing and offline business development. Reinvent the way Indians access financial services, starting with savings and investments.

What’s the job?

  • Find, develop and manage business development relationships, such as with employers, educational institutions etc.
  • Design, implement and optimize digital user acquisition campaigns across Social, Search and Entertainment channels. Take them from start to finish.
  • Seek, test, and evaluate new marketing channels. Think creatively!
  • Closely monitor, measure and report on performance. Analyze spend across various channels to optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with our content team to develop and test marketing content.
  • Work closely with the tech and product teams to implement features that generate growth.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • A combination of left and right brain thinking. You’re creative, but you also love data.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis. Understanding of digital metrics and prior experience using a data-centric, analytic approach is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous experience managing clients is a plus.
  • Experience in strategy, branding, marketing and digital marketing is a plus.
  • A relentless learner. You enjoy tackling new problems and learning about new topics.
  • Passion and drive. You are self-driven, and love taking ownership.
  • Hustle! You’re action-oriented, and enjoy finding unconventional solutions to problems.
